It's early dawn,
the mist begins to fade,
as the sun creeps slowly above the horizon,
enveloping the earth in a golden glow.
The weary spirits of the woods,
sit on the banks of the gleaming pond,
gazing in rapture at the amazing sight.
The blue sky visible to all,
is tinted in hues of amber and gold.
Slowly nature begins to wake
as the rising sun welcomes the new day
with its shimmering light and warm rays.
As the nebulous night draws near,
our heavy lidded eyes close willingly.
We fall in a deep slumber,
while dreams populate our thoughts.
Flashes of past memories blend harmoniously
in a kaleidoscope of sounds and colours.
As we drift deeper yet into another world,
objects begin to shape and mould.
Unknown and familiar images rise before us,
making our sleeping minds come alive.
While we float in a dream like state,
we dream of things that give us pleasure or pain.
And once we wake, surprisingly we learn,
that our dreams we hardly recall.
If you believe in yourself,
you'll know that anything is possible.
If you believe in yourself,
you'll live life to the fullest potential.
Don't undermine yourself,
when tasks become too difficult to perform.
Have faith and you'll know,
that all your dreams will come true.
When things get though,
remember to stand tall
and have the strength to go on.
Strive to enjoy life in all its forms,
take chances and gamble to reach your goals.
Remember that the path to success is long and strenuous,
but if you're willing to meet the challenges,
all your wishes will be granted.
Believe in yourself,
and everyone else will believe in you.
Spring's come,
and all around the countryside
the sun gleams warm and bright.
The little robin in its nest,
waits for mommy to break its fast.
The young blossoms are in bloom,
with their glorious perfume,
and as they flourish in golden bows,
they'll soon grace the springy earth.
Spring's the time
when nature wakes
in multitude colours
and milder days.
Spring's the time
to spend outdoors,
singing and praising
the beauty of the world.
