Unlocking Self-expression through NLP: Integrated skills activities. J. Baker & M. Rinvolucri. (2005) Delta Publishing. 96pp; nearly A4. ISBN 1-900783-88-6. Comprises 100+ activities, mostly for learners at lower-intermediate level or up; "designed to make students forget they are in a language classroom" (back cover). Prominent groups of activity include ones hinging on questionnaires, role plays, & storytelling There are also sections on warm ups, writing, vocabulary & coping with exams. I think that many of these activities would much the best results in the hands of teachers who already knew a fair amount about NLP; but, mutatis mutandum, I suspect the same thing about activities that focus on grammar.
Please check the NLP for Teachers course at Pilgrims website.
