Dear Teachers: Message from the Pilgrims Team

2011, however successful, is coming to an end so it's time to plan the year ahead.

This message is to remind you that, should you wish to take part in yet another inspiring Pilgrims course, you need to start applying now!

The information below explains how it could be done quickly and effortlessly.

1. Firstly, select your Pilgrims course. You can view the courses, dates and fees here: http://www.pilgrims.co.uk/page/?title=Courses%2C+dates+and+fees&pid=69
   Then, check the availability with Pilgrims and make a preliminary reservation. You can either fax your registration form to +44 1227 459027 or email: lizzie@pilgrims.co.uk
   You can also do it in few simple steps online:
   http://teachers.pilgrims.co.uk/teachers/reserve/calculate/TT/course.asp
2. Pilgrims will send you a letter of acceptance for pre-registration and a course information sheet for your application.
3. Contact your National Agency for a Comenius 2.2 Application Form or other relevant form. Please bear in mind that this will be available on line in mid-December.
4. Attach the pre-registration form and a course information sheet you have received from Pilgrims to the Comenius 2.2 Application Form and send it to your National Agency.
5. Apply to your National Agency for a grant for the course. The deadline for allapplications for summer courses runs out by mid-January 2012.
6. You must always advise Pilgrims immediately if your application for funding has or has not been approved and if necessary cancel your reservation.
7. Should your application be approved please make payment for your course either by bank transfer or by giving us your card details.
