Creativity in Language Learning

Małgorzata Szwaj, Poland

Małgorzata Szwaj is a teacher, teacher trainer, author and EU project manager at English Unlimited, Poland. E-mail: m.szwaj@eu.com.pl

Creativity in language learning (CiLL) was a Leonardo da Vinci partnership project (2010 – 2012) funded through the LLP (Lifelong Learning Programme ) budget. Five partner institutions from - Germany (Kolping-Bildungswerk Württemberg e.V.), Italy (Europass Centro Studi Europeo), Poland (English Unlimited), Lithuania (Kolpingo kolegija), and Finland (Etelä-Pohjanmaan opisto) set out on a two year journey in search of creative ideas for the classroom. “The journey” included workshops devoted to storytelling, drama and filmmaking, and periods of testing these ideas in practice, collecting feedback and writing a handbook for teachers. We are happy to share the handbook with you and hope that you’ll find it useful and inspiring in your work.

You can download the CiLL handbook here

NB. We have not been able to locate the owners of copyright for the text The Tale of Travelers and graphics in Jurata story. We will glad to include any necessary correction upon your advice.
