Questionnaire on Teachers’ Views about Various Aspects of Creativity in Language Teaching

Tamas Kiss, Hungary, and Alan Maley, UK

Dear Friend,

As part of a book we are currently writing, we are collecting data on teachers’ views about various aspects of creativity in language teaching. This information will be of great value in gauging how significant the issue of creativity is to teachers.

We would be most grateful if you could find time to respond to the questions below. Being mindful that you are a busy person, we have kept the questions to a minimum. We hope you will be willing to respond, if possible by the end of May, either by e-mail ( to Tamas Kiss:tamas.kiss@nie.edu.sg) or by using the following Google form:
http://tinyurl.com/book-creativity.

Please pass on the questionnaire to any colleagues who might be willing to complete it. Share it on Facebook :)

We have asked for some basic information, including your name. If you do not wish your name to appear in quotations, simply leave it blank.

Thank you for your time.

Best wishes,

Alan Maley and Tamas Kiss
