E-mail: philippe.biava@busmail.net
Translated by Karin Rocher, English teacher, I.E.P.S.C.F. Uccle, Belgium

Level: all
Materials: cards with words of vocabulary taken from previous lessons
Time: 15 min.
Focus: this activity can be considered as a vocabulary revision

Procedure

  1. Put the cards on the floor face down.
  2. The students sit in pairs. Each pair takes a card and is asked to use the word as often as possible in a dialogue. The students have one minute to do this. The other students try to guess the word. The winner is the pair that has used the same word the most often.
