Pilgrims Course Outline

Run your own School

This is a brand new one week course that Pilgrims will be running at Easter and in the Summer of 2001.

It's a unique chance to learn from the professionals!

The course is a week of intensive classes concentrating on the main elements in the set up of a new ELT business. For example:

  • Day One - will focus on Planning
    • Day Two - will focus on Products and Services
    • Day Three - will focus on Marketing & Sales
    • Day Four - will focus on Finance & Control
  • Day Five - will focus on People & Leadership.

The classes will be small to allow for personal tutoring and will enable us to focus on the individual goals of participants. As well as lectures, there will be case studies, projects and group work, to keep the learning varied and to facilitate the sharing of ideas. You will leave after one week with clear and simple steps to success!

The teachers will all be Pilgrims' managers, who have first hand knowledge of how to run a highly successful ELT business – who better to learn from? James Dixey, Managing Director & Co-founder of Pilgrims Ltd. will also be on hand to give away his secrets on how Pilgrims has managed to be top of the league for over 25 years. And it's the vast experience and good sound knowledge of these key players, which win Pilgrims large international contracts such as the Financial Sector Training project in China and the Brent project in London.

Participants on this course will not need specific qualifications or experience, just the desire to start their own ELT business. They will also require commitment, dedication, determination, hard work and energy. These are all fundamental personality traits to ensure success with both the course and in their future ELT business. Without these a new business of any kind will fail.

So, if you're a bit of an entrepreneur and fancy starting afresh, setting up your own ELT business, then you can't afford to miss this opportunity.

We are limiting each course to twelve participants, so early applications are essential. For further details, enquiries and applications please call ++ 44 1227 762111 and ask for Carole Clarke or e-mail sales@pilgrims.co.uk.
