An Old Exercise

Vocabulary

The eight exercises that follow come from Vocabulary, published by OUP in 1986, authored by John Morgan et al. They are exercises that will not appear in the 2004 revision of this classic book… so they are about to fade into oblivion. The purpose of the Old Exercise section in HLT is to pull good exercises back from oblivion
