Dear HLT Readers,

Welcome to the October issue of HLT. First I am very happy to announce the winner of the Bonnie Tsai Scholarship. It is Aphrodite Gkiouris. Book prizes were also awarded to a few other contributors. Congratulations! I hope you will soon be able to read the winning contributions in HLT.
